OPEN CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST for registration in the Suppliers and Service Providers Register of the Civil Non-Profit Company “Hellenic Association for Psychosocial Support, Rehabilitation and Community Care”

The Centre (“Hellenic Association for Psychosocial Support, Rehabilitation and Community Care”) issues an open invitation to all interested suppliers and service providers to register in its Suppliers Register, to meet the supply and service needs of its two Residential Care Facilities (“Odysseas” and “Aeneas”) and its two Sheltered Apartments in Peristeri and Ilion. Eligible participants include individuals, sole proprietorships, companies of any legal form and associations of economic operators, provided they operate in one or more of the 10–11 categories (food, cleaning, medical/pharmaceutical supplies, facilities maintenance, equipment, information technology, transport, security/compliance, training, administrative/legal services). The deadline for the initial establishment of the Register is Monday, 29 June 2026, at 15:00. The Register remains permanently open thereafter, with new applications assessed every six months (January/July). Applications must be submitted electronically, by email to psyhologia@psyhologia.gr.

The Register’s Operating Regulations are the official governing document for the entire procedure: they define the purpose of the Register (transparency, market research and support for contract awards under Law 4412/2016), eligibility for registration, the 10 categories of economic operators, how information is maintained and updated, the principles of equal treatment and non-discrimination, the obligation to issue electronic invoices, the grounds for removing an operator from the Register, and compliance with the GDPR. It is expressly clarified that registration in the Register does not confer any right to be awarded work or a contract.

The Completion & Submission Instructions provide a practical step-by-step guide for applicants: how to download and complete the form (in capital letters, marking the category with [X]), how to issue a statutory declaration digitally through gov.gr (using the exact text to be copied from Section 4 of the form), which supporting documents are required in PDF format (Taxisnet, tax/social security clearance certificates, any ISO certificates and licences), and how and where to send the complete application in a single email with a specified subject line, by the same deadline.

Finally, the Registration Application Form is the document that the applicant must complete and sign: business details (name, tax identification number, registered office, legal representative, etc.), selection of supply category/categories, a list of mandatory supporting documents, the text of the statutory declaration/GDPR consent referred to in the instructions, and an optional field for quality certificates (ISO).
